Limited edition 'Hide and seek'

Hide and seek
a limited edition of 6 handpainted prints on premium 350g paper, created using a cobalt blue stencil technique. I have been exploring stencil techniques for some time now, drawn to their soft shapes and blurred contours. While my paintings and drawings usually feature more detail and complexity, stenciling allows me to move toward simplicity.
 
'Hide and Seek' shows two children absorbed in a game, surrounded by the quiet presence of their parents. The piece captures the pure playfulness of family life and the delightful thrill of hiding away—the joy of becoming invisible while remaining safely close to home. As a viewer, you hold a privileged position: you perceive just slightly more than the parents do, making you a silent accomplice to their secret.
 
'Hide and Seek' toont twee kinderen, volledig opgegaan in hun spel, omringd door de stille aanwezigheid van hun ouders. Het werk vangt de pure speelsheid van een gezin en die heerlijke, tintelende spanning van het verstoppen. Het plezier van onzichtbaar te zijn, terwijl de geborgenheid van thuis dichtbij is.

Formaat: A5-print in een massief eiken kader.
Verzending: Vanwege het kleine formaat is thuisbezorging mogelijk.
Ophaling: Afhalen in mijn atelier in Waregem, Kortrijk (of Gent) is ook mogelijk.
Let op: Dit werk wordt bij voorkeur opgehaald om eventuele transportschade te vermijden. Kies bij het afrekenen voor 'Afhaling in Waregem' om geen verzendkosten te betalen. (Als je liever in Kortrijk of Gent ophaalt, kunnen we dit nadien via mail afspreken).
